UBAT veggie is a vegetarian and vegan kitchen where meat, fish and poultry are left out. Instead, we focus on vegetables, fruits and everything else that grows from earth, but also the well-known dairy products from the region in combination with the culinary capabilities from our sister Restaurant TABU.
Saturday, UBAT Veggie is open for lunch. Dishes for 135 DKK, as well as exciting lunch menus.
Tuesday to Saturday evening, a vegetarian/vegan menu is offered at Restaurant TABU, the UBAT dinner menu. The menu is made by the prestigious Restaurant TABU. If you want the UBAT dinner menu, please inform the restaurant 24 hours before arrival. More information here.
